Earthquake
As far as I (the contest chair, Eijiro Sumii, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan) know, the contest organizers are safe, including members in Tohoku University. Tokyo is also safe. (The level of radiation in Tokyo is very low.) The contest date will be annonced later (maybe in April), but it will be in the usual season (perhaps June or July). Thank you!

Hello, world!
This blog is going to be the official site for ACM SIGPLAN ICFP Programming Contest 2011. It will replace icfpcontest.org (and www.icfpcontest.org) as soon as we set up the DNS. The contest dates should also be announced soon. Stay tuned.
[Update on April 28: General questions about the contest can be e-mailed to icfpc2011-blogger AT kb.ecei.tohoku.ac.jp (replace AT with @). Questions about specific posts can also be posted as comments.]
